Country Manager

Job purpose: Tatweer MEA is seeking a highly qualified Country Manager to lead its expansion in Saudi Arabia, establishing a strong market presence and advancing growth for its specialized services. Drawing on Tatweer’s extensive expertise in the following fields:

• Smart Cities Solutions
• Digital Transformation & Productization
• Transportation & Infrastructure Engineering Services

This role will lead the innovative integration of advanced technologies into urban infrastructure, advancing Smart Cities Solutions across Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving strategic development, cultivating high-impact business partnerships, and overseeing regional operations to strengthen Tatweer’s position.
• Establish strategic relationships with government authorities, corporate stakeholders, and technology partners to promote the adoption of potential projects, thereby elevating Tatweer’s service offerings.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics for regional growth, continuously assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Conduct periodic market analyses to remain competitive and agile in response to emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture focused on achieving Tatweer’s mission.
• Build a regional program to elevate skills and performance of project managers, sales, and technical support teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in business development leadership roles in Saudi.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field (master’s degree preferred).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
