Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the development and management of our products. You will be responsible for crafting product strategy, overseeing product development, launching, and optimizing solutions to align with customer needs and the company's business objectives. A strong understanding of the Forex and financial domains is essential to effectively execute this role and deliver impactful solutions.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze trends and evaluate the competitive landscape within the Forex and broader financial sectors
• Identify target audiences, including traders, investors and institutions, and their unique needs
• Define the product vision and develop a roadmap that aligns with business goals and market opportunities
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, with a focus on financial products and Forex platforms
• Set priorities and manage tasks for cross-functional teams across development, design, marketing and analytics
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and partners to gather feedback and insights specific to Forex and financial products
• Present product updates and progress reports to the company's leadership
• Monitor key product performance metrics related to Forex trading platforms, financial tools and investment solutions
• Analyze user experience and implement data-driven improvements
• Propose ideas for scaling and expanding the product, especially in Forex and financial markets

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong background in finance and trading products
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing crypto, finance or trading-related products
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in analyzing data, conducting market research and working with key performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, even in uncertain environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Experience working with digital products such as mobile apps and web platforms
