Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Operations

  • Manage operational marketing processes, including purchase orders (POs), vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and procurement activities.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, agency consumption, and spending forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and governance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies and suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support contract renewals, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, governance, and team efficiency.


Project Management

  • Lead large-scale marketing initiatives involving multiple marketing organizations and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage strategic projects across three integrated organizations focused on content planning, content production, and content amplification.
  • Develop project plans, define milestones, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.


Governance & Planning

  • Establish project governance, reporting cadences, and communication plans.
  • Create dashboards and executive reports to provide visibility into project status, operational metrics, budget performance, and resource allocation.
  • Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
  • Promote best practices in project management, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Program Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, vendors, agencies, and procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Advanced English is required for collaboration across regional and global teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish proficiency is highly desirable, as this role partners closely with stakeholders across Latin America.
  • Experience working in B2B technology or enterprise marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with financial planning, procurement, and budget management processes.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar.
