Senior ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) / ServiceNow GRC / OpRisk / 100% / Zurich

Project

For the expansion and further development of an existing Operational Risk (OpRisk) platform, we are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer within the banking environment.

The solution is based on the ServiceNow platform and primarily includes the GRC, IRM, BCM, and TPRM modules.

Start: 01.07.2026

Work Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Workload: 100%

Responsibilities

The focus is on hands-on software development, including:

• Analysis of business and technical requirements.
• Design of solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Development (customization, scripting, workflows, integrations).
• Execution of testing and quality assurance.
• Deployment and production operations.
• Further development of existing functions and modules.

Technology Focus

• ServiceNow platform with a focus on GRC, IRM, BCM, and TPRM modules.
• Workflow and process automation within ServiceNow.
• Scripting and technical development on the platform.
• System and API integrations.
• Working in a complex, existing enterprise environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, substantial professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience (5–8 years) at the senior level in ServiceNow development.
• Practical experience with GRC and/or IRM modules.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: BCM or TPRM.
• Strong technical implementation skills (not only administration or consulting).
• Experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
