We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale IT and data-driven projects for a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔍🇪?

🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

• S:Lead the planning, delivery and governance of IT projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality standard
• s;Manage the development and implementation of applications supporting statistical production and business needs, selecting the most appropriate project methodology (PM², Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
• );Coordinate technology integration and innovation initiatives, including data collection platforms, data processing pipelines, business intelligence solutions and data warehouse project
• s;Prepare project plans, define deliverables, manage risks, monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholder
• s;Estimate project costs, resource requirements and timelines while ensuring effective monitoring of project performance and qualit
• y;Manage change requests, oversee quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with project governance and Commission standard
• s;Facilitate communication with business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners through working groups and project meeting
• s;Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and professional developmen

📝 REQUIREMEN

• TS:University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related fie
• ld;Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects in complex and multicultural environmen
• ts;Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly PM², Agile, Scrum and Waterfa
• ll;Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management and quality assuran
• ce;Good understanding of data integration, business intelligence solutions, data warehouses and modern information syste
• ms;Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skil
• ls;Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abiliti
• es;Fluency in English (C1); knowledge of French is considered an ass
