Job Description

Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring objectives, timelines and quality standards are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and budgets, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular project updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers and delivery partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 6 years' experience managing large-scale technical projects within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology transformation or systems integration programmes.
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies and programme lifecycle management.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, issues and resource planning.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across technical and business teams.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams while maintaining a strategic view of programme delivery.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working across cloud migration, ERP, CRM, data, digital transformation or systems integration projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2 or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience within consulting, professional services or other complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with project portfolio management and governance frameworks.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business development or project planning activities.
• Exposure to IT service management or operational transformation initiatives.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe or equivalent is highly desirable.
