Technical Consultant - Kubernetes & OpenShift Administrator

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid Remote)

Employment type: Permanent Employment

Compensation – Competitive (including bonus)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, upgrade, and maintain Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.

Manage cluster security, RBAC, networking, storage, and disaster recovery solutions.

Implement automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools.

Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployment models.

Troubleshoot complex platform, application, and infrastructure issues.

Ensure high availability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and compliance with security standards.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize containerized applications and platform usage.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Kubernetes administration in production environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.

Expertise in Docker/Container technologies, Linux administration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and logging platforms.

Strong troubleshooting, automation, and platform engineering skills.
