Are you passionate about enabling high-performing Agile teams and driving large-scale Agile transformation?

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to guide multiple software development teams in adopting and scaling Agile practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence. In this role, you will serve as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader, helping teams maximize value delivery, remove impediments, and successfully operate within complex Agile environments.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks, along with the ability to influence teams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvements across multiple teams. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to enhance Agile maturity, streamline workflows, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Coach and support Agile teams in applying Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile principles and practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned to business objectives.
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and cross-team workshops.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive process optimization initiatives and implement Agile best practices.
• Support coordination across multiple teams, managing dependencies and fostering effective communication.
• Facilitate large-scale planning activities and cross-team alignment sessions.
• Encourage continuous inspection and adaptation of processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Provide guidance on technical delivery processes, including release management, deployment workflows, and development lifecycle practices.
• Act as a catalyst for organizational Agile transformation and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Strong experience with scaled Agile frameworks and multi-team delivery models.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery best practices.
• Experience supporting multiple teams working in parallel within complex delivery environments.
• Knowledge of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment practices.
• Experience analyzing and improving business and operational processes.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to influence teams and drive improvements without direct authority.
