Are you passionate about building and operating scalable cloud platforms using modern DevOps and GitOps practices? We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong cloud infrastructure and platform engineering expertise to support the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise-grade cloud environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure challenges, automation initiatives, and cloud-native technologies within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address platform and infrastructure requirements.
• Design technology architectures and develop migration strategies for cloud-based solutions.
• Build, deploy, and manage development, testing, and production environments in AWS.
• Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps methodologies.
• Implement and manage platform components using technologies such as Crossplane, Flux, ArgoCD, and OpenTofu.
• Design, configure, and support end-to-end development and deployment processes.
• Manage build, release, and deployment activities through CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of cloud platforms, including participation in on-call support rotations.
• Define and implement monitoring, automation, operational, and testing frameworks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Platform Engineer, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure automation and platform engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane, Flux, and related cloud-native tooling.
• More than 6 years of experience designing and operating AWS-based enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Git-based workflows.
• Strong Kubernetes administration and operational experience, including managed Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience supporting platforms within highly regulated, security-conscious environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring and observability solutions, including logging, metrics, tracing, and performance monitoring platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of GitOps principles and modern deployment strategies.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks and cloud automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.
