Lead Mobile Architect

We're looking for a Lead Flutter Architect to drive the architecture and delivery of innovative mobile platforms within the HVAC sector.

This is a key leadership role focused on building scalable, high-quality mobile solutions that support the digital transformation of energy-efficient technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and govern mobile architecture and engineering standards
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional mobile development team
• Drive delivery performance, code quality, and technical direction
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders
• Balance technical debt reduction with feature delivery
• Contribute to architectural decisions and complex implementation work
• Support agile processes and team development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience in mobile development and architecture
• Deep expertise in Flutter and mobile architectural patterns
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and native iOS/Android technologies
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience with BLE/NFC technologies
• Exposure to Windows ecosystem development
