We are currently seeking a '' Experience Development Executive'' to join our team with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer experience, business development, or related fields
- Strong capability in data analysis, insight generation, and translating insights into actionable outcomes
- Solid understanding of customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and FCR
- Experience in project management and working within cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced presentation and reporting skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and highly accountable working style
- Ability to promote and embed a customer-centric mindset across the organization
Job Description
- Support the execution of customer experience strategies by developing data-driven analyses and recommendations aligned with strategic objectives
- Analyze customer feedback (NPS, CSAT, FCR, etc.) and operational data to identify improvement areas and drive actions
- Own end-to-end experience improvement projects, including planning, execution, and impact tracking
- Develop customer journey maps and implement improvements across critical touchpoints
- Conduct root cause analyses on complaints and dissatisfaction, and drive sustainable solutions
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to integrate a customer-centric approach into processes
- Monitor experience metrics regularly, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure follow-up on actions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, standards, and practices from a customer experience perspective
