Back End Developer

Who you are

• Solid backend development experience in Python (3 years+)
• Deep understanding of best practices in scalable server-side architecture
• Ability to design, research, and implement large and complex architectures
• Technical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and troubleshoot system and application issues, ability to dig deep into complex issues and find their root cause
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor

Desirable

• Experience with cloud deployment - GCP
• DevOps culture and mindset
• Startup mentality: high pace, dynamically changing tasks and priorities
• Sense of humour

What the job involves

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a back-end developer at Breeze
• You will develop, test, and maintain the Breeze backend platform (python)
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
• Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled
