YOUR ROLE
You will be joining the DTIT organization, supporting Singapore Front-End Manufacturing operations of STMicroelectronics.
This dedicated team supports the Advanced Equipment Automation Integration and real-time applications for our mega semiconductor manufacturing site.
The team is providing significant improvement for various key indicators: operation efficiency, reliability, product quality and cost reduction.
You will need to adapt yourself quickly to a mix of legacy tools and state-of-the-art solutions to deliver: SECS-GEM Integration, "C/C++ like" back-end processing, web based applications, web services or applications integration using Tibco BusinessWorks.

JOB SCOPE
- Gather user requirements and ensure users sign-off requirements specification
- Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Maintain current system: new features, bugs fixing, code refactoring and performance optimization
- Maintain and enhance robustness and high availability of all solutions
- Provide training to end-users for the available features or new solutions
- To equip 24x7 helpdesk team with comprehensive materials and knowledge for 1st level of support
- - To provide 24x7 level 2 support to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering /Information Technology
- At least 2-3 years working experiences in software development
- Experience in Unix, Linux and Windows environment
- Experience in web-based applications
- Strong in application development with MySQL/Oracle and performance optimization
- Strong in PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web services, C/C++ and perl/shell or python scripting
- Driven to harness capabilities of with Gen AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Github Copilot
- Preferable with SECS/GEM knowledge
- Preferable with experience in wafer fab or manufacturing
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and in-house application
