Role Summary

• Facilitate Agile delivery for integration and API programs by enabling Scrum teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles removing impediments and driving continuous improvement for delivering high quality solutions in a fast-paced environment

 

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups reviews and retrospectives


• Coach teams on Agile Scrum Kanban principles practices and mindset adoption


• Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners


• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments


• Track and report sprint progress velocity and team performance metrics


• Support planning and execution of integration API delivery initiatives


• Facilitate coordination across cross functional teams including developers QA architects and stakeholders


• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations

 

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years overall with 3 years as Scrum Master


• Agile Scrum Kanban frameworks


• Sprint planning backlog management


• Jira Azure DevOps Agile tools


• Stakeholder communication


• Risk dependency management


• Delivery governance


• Metrics tracking velocity burndown

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
