Location: Helsinki, Finland

Work Mode: Hybrid

• Full-time experience as a Scrum Master.

• Proven ability to remove impediments and protect the team's capacity to deliver within sprint commitments

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English

• Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe)

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies effectively (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)

• Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Experience working in a multi-team programmed environment and managing cross-team dependencies

• Familiarity with Agile project management tooling (e.g., Jira)
