Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Scrum Master to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities while ensuring business objectives are met

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Scrum Agile methodologies and related frameworks

Handson experience with Jira Confluence Asana and collaboration tools like Slack

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to quickly learn new domains and adapt to evolving project landscapes

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in managing multiple projects in a fastpacked environment

Familiarity with business analysis and ability to translate business needs into actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent Agile certification

Experience in program management or portfolio management

Background in software engineering or technical projects

Background in Media workflows specifically media supply chain
