We are looking for Scrum Master in Helsinki, Finland with atleast 5 years of fulltime experience as a Scrum Master on largescale IT or business transformation projects. English and Finnish Language required with below expertise:

Proven ability to remove impediments and protect the teams capacity to deliver within sprint commitments

Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English

Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum and other Agile frameworks eg Kanban SAFe

Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies effectively daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews retrospectives

Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Experience working in a multiteam programme environment and managing crossteam dependencies

Familiarity with Agile project management tooling eg Jira
