Scrum Master

Requirements

• Experience as Scrum Master or Team Coach in applying Scrum in IT development teams
• Experience in software development teams with end-to-end responsibility across the entire development cycle from requirements analysis to deployment as well as CI/CD and DevOps-based delivery processes
• Experience in designing or optimizing Jira structures to support agile development processes
• Experience with SAFe in an Agile Release Train
• Certification as Scrum Master as well as certification in the SAFe framework i.e. PSM I/II or CSM and SSM, SASM, SA

Tasks

• Professional consulting on the introduction and adaptation of agile methods, especially Scrum, as well as development of implementation and procedural recommendations
• Professional consulting on the design of communication and coordination processes as well as further development of agile approaches especially in the context of SAFe
• Development and documentation of improvement proposals for agile working methods and processes
• Conducting agile reviews to evaluate the implementation of agile principles and derivation of recommendations
• Removal of obstacles as well as professional consulting on possible solution and escalation processes and thus increasing the productivity of agile teams
• Professional consulting on structuring, prioritization and quality assurance of the Product Backlog; creation of examples and recommendations
• Coordination and facilitation of Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
• Design and implementation of training formats on methods of agile frameworks
• Professional consulting on identifying improvement potential of agile practices and methods and derivation of concrete action recommendations
• Identification and analysis of risks and problems in agile process structures and development of measure recommendations for risk minimization
• Consulting on the methodical preparation and execution of SAFe specific events such as Inspect & Adapt workshop, PI Planning, System Demo and ART Sync
• Professional exchange and consulting of the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for analysis and optimization of processes and value streams
