🔹 Required Skills

✔ Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)

✔ PMP Certification (Preferred)

✔ Strong Agile & SAFe experience

✔ JIRA Expertise

✔ Program & Project Management

✔ PI Planning & Sprint Management

✔ Risk & Stakeholder Management

✔ Executive Reporting & Governance

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Agile programs and manage end-to-end project delivery

✅ Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning using SAFe methodology

✅ Manage Agile delivery through JIRA dashboards, Epics, User Stories, and Sprints

✅ Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication

✅ Prepare executive-level reports, project documentation, and status updates

✅ Budget, capacity planning, and PMO coordination

✅ Collaborate with global technology teams to ensure successful project execution

🔹 Preferred Experience

⭐ Banking / Financial Services Domain

⭐ Technology Transformation Programs

⭐ Large Global Enterprise Environment
