About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of one of our diverse products—Newsletter, InMarkets, Bonus Hunter, Learn, or TopPicks. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, growth, and impact in the fast-evolving crypto and blockchain space. Together, we will identify the product where your expertise will shine brightest, giving you the perfect platform to excel.

You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. Our focus for 2024 is clear: simplify crypto and blockchain complexities to empower users worldwide.

Tasks

• Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Product and CTO, providing progress updates and aligning strategies.
• Team Management: Manage a cross-functional team, including architect, backend developer, DevOps, designer, frontend developer, product marketing, analytics, and SEO specialist.
• Agile Practices: Run product management ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and translate the product vision into actionable deliverables.
• User Experience: Ensure an intuitive user interface and impactful, easy-to-understand data visualizations.
• KPIs: Define and track success metrics such as user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of product management experience. Prior experience in start-ups or building new products is a plus.
• Crypto Expertise: Commercial experience in crypto/web3/blockchain is preferred but not mandatory. Passionate learners are welcome.
• Tools: Proficiency in Jira and product analytics platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global team.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
