We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the cross-functional execution of a highly innovative product that is scheduled for launch in March 2027.

This role is critical to ensuring that all workstreams stay on track, deadlines are met, and teams remain aligned throughout the development lifecycle. You'll work closely with engineering, product, operations, and leadership, acting as the driving force behind the program's successful delivery. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day program.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end program management for a complex hardware/software development project.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments and technical teams.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Keep the organization focused on key milestones leading up to the March 2027 product launch.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables using Asana.
• Monitor budgets and ensure projects are delivered in a cost-effective manner.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Foster accountability and maintain momentum across all teams involved.

What You'll Bring

• 7–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional development programs involving both hardware and software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
• Proven ability to drive execution, hold teams accountable, and deliver projects on schedule.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the confidence to challenge timelines and follow through on commitments.
• Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments where priorities evolve quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on highly confidential or advanced technology development projects.
• Background in hardware systems, embedded software, electronics, or deep-tech product development.
• Familiarity with highly regulated or technically complex product development environments.
