IT Project Manager

🔎 We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical ERP upgrade project and ensure its successful delivery end-to-end. The role requires strong project management, technical understanding, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management capabilities to drive execution, manage risks, and ensure seamless integration within the IT ecosystem.

📌 Specifically, you will be required to:

• Lead the ERP upgrade project end-to-end: Planning, execution, testing, migration, and go-live, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables: Coordinate IT Vendor deliverables, ensuring alignment between core system development and integration activities.
• Ensure technical integration between ERP and the IT ecosystem: Coordinate APIs and satellite applications in collaboration with IT Architecture and technical teams.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into clear IT deliverables: Facilitate workshops and alignment between Business, IT, and external vendors.
• Manage critical project risks: Identify and mitigate risks related to delays, external dependencies, data migration, and go-live stability.
• Project planning and monitoring: Develop and maintain the PASS upgrade project plan, ensuring continuous progress tracking and reporting.
• Define project interdependencies: Identify and manage dependencies with other project streams, including Product, Digitalization, and IT Architecture.
• Coordinate testing activities: Work closely with the Test Lead to define the testing strategy and oversee execution of the testing plan.
• Project reporting and dashboard management: Prepare and maintain dashboards related to the PASS project, including PASS integration with other systems, project status, risks, and progress indicators.

🎯 Profile :

• Strong IT technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technology concepts;
• Proven experience in IT solution implementation and transformation projects;
• Project Management certification is a plus, or solid knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills;
• Fluent English is mandatory.
