Program Manager

Senior Program Manager | Mainframe Transformation | On-site

I'm currently supporting a global organisation looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to take ownership of a large-scale enterprise transformation program.

This is a senior leadership position where you'll be responsible for driving delivery across multiple work streams, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful program execution from planning through to deployment and service transition.

We're looking for someone with:

✔️ 10+ years' experience leading complex enterprise programmes

✔️ A strong background delivering projects within legacy IT or mainframe environments

✔️ Experience managing large transformation or migration programmes

✔️ Strong governance, risk, financial and vendor management experience

✔️ Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and/or SAFe delivery methodologies

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement

✔️ Fluent English and German

Nice to have:

➕ Experience with mainframe modernisation initiatives
