Microsoft D365 Project Manager - (Contract)

HCLTech's Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP) is seeking a Microsoft D365 Project Manager for a 6 month + contract assignment in Brussels

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months +

Location: Brussels - (on site 100% for the first 6 weeks, then reducing to 2 days p/week)

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager will act as the senior liaison between customer and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (implementations, customizations, migrations, and more), and may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including project management, business analysis, configuration, data, training and support.

Essential Functions:

• To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.
• To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
• To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
• To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
• To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
• Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
• Lead and manage mid-sized to enterprise projects independently
• Participate in design and architecture sessions with clients
• Assist in developing project budget, and ensure work is completed on-track and within budget
• Develop test plans and scripts
• Schedule work to be done and follows up to ensure completion within the project schedule
