Creative Project Manager

Project Manager (Creative / Integrated Campaigns) — 3-Month Contract

I'm hiring a Project Manager for one of Canada's largest financial institutions — specifically their in-house creative agency, the team that produces integrated advertising and brand campaigns across the business. This is a chance to plug into a high-output creative studio inside a Big 5 bank without the agency churn.

This is furlough coverage, so it's a true hit-the-ground-running seat. You'll own medium-to-large creative projects end to end — integrated campaigns from kickoff through final delivery — keeping Creative, Strategy, Production, and Account Services aligned, on time, and on budget. You're the person who spots the roadblocks before they land and keeps the work moving.

What I'm looking for:

• 5+ years managing projects inside a creative agency, marketing team, or in-house creative studio
• A real track record running integrated advertising or marketing campaigns from concept to delivery — not IT or software projects
• Fluency in creative workflows and production processes, and the stakeholder instincts to keep a dozen plates spinning
• Hands-on with a PM platform like Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
• PMP is a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker

The details:

• 3-month contract (furlough coverage), strong potential to extend
• 37.5 hrs/week, ASAP start
• Hybrid — 2–3 days/week onsite in Toronto
• Rate: $48/hr (T4) or $55/hr (C2C)
