As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our competent Delivery Advisory team in Market Finland.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in selling, planning and leading projects and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions for our clients. We seek a candidate with a strong background in project management within cloud and infrastructure transition and transformation, application development and modernization, data, AI, or security. You will work closely with customers, maintaining effective communication and stakeholder management, while overseeing the full lifecycle of the project from sales to delivery with a team of technical professionals to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in sales with project management expertise.
• Managing project planning and execution within agreed budget, scope and schedule.
• Leading global project teams in multivendor environments.
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful delivery.

• Proven experience in managing successful projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate international team members for efficient collaboration and exceptional customer experience.
• Mindset of continuous learning for personal growth and enhancing our ways of working.
• Willingness and ability to mentor and support your colleagues’ growth.
• Experience of the work as a project manager also at customer side is valued.
