Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical

Looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical with extensive experience in MEP contracting and be capable of independently managing the complete tendering and estimation process for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects.
• Independently manage the complete bidding and tendering cycle, including quantity surveying and estimation.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing analyses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality and competitive bids.
• Liaise with internal departments to support tender preparation and project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• MMUP Grade A certification is mandatory.
• QCDD certification is mandatory.
• 10–15 years of experience in an MEP contracting company, with experience as an Estimation Engineer or Senior Estimation Engineer.
• Proven experience handling tenders for large-scale projects such as:
• Hospitality developments
• Airport projects
• High-rise towers
• Industrial facilities
• Strong knowledge of mechanical estimation, quantity surveying, and tendering procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Candy.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
