What project we have for you

The customer is investing in the development of an AI-powered Executive Assistant that serves as a centralized interface for business information, analytics, and decision support. The platform will integrate with multiple internal systems and data sources to provide executives with real-time insights, automated reporting, conversational search capabilities, and AI-generated recommendations. Built on Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud services, the solution aims to improve operational visibility, accelerate decision-making, and reduce the time spent gathering and analyzing business data.

What you will do

• Tune retrieval quality (chunking, hybrid and semantic ranking), prompts, and intent classification.
• Build an answer-quality eval harness and guard model/prompt swaps.
• Own the AI provider abstraction and the embeddings / vector index.

What you need for this

Must-have

• Practical RAG experience: chunking, embeddings, vector and keyword retrieval, grounding and citations.
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry SDK usage; prompt engineering; token and cost awareness.
• Hallucination mitigation and “no-data” handling.

Nice-to-have

• Azure AI Search semantic ranker; embeddings model selection.
• Evaluation frameworks and offline eval sets; multimodal (vision) inputs.
• Bitrix24 experience
