🔹 Key Responsibilities

iOS Application Development

• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy high-quality iOS applications using Swift.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions following engineering best practices.
• Deliver production-ready code with a strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and evolution of application architecture for current and future mobile products.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Drive architecture discussions and technical decision-making across engineering teams.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Assist with sprint planning, task estimation, and project scheduling.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and external consultants regarding technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality & Performance

• Perform peer code reviews and support software testing activities.
• Optimize application performance, stability, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

✔ Strong hands-on experience in iOS application development using Swift.

✔ Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.

✔ Experience with RxSwift and reactive programming concepts.

✔ Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies.

✔ Experience with Git or other Version Control Systems.

✔ Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and software development best practices.

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

⭐ Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.

⭐ Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

⭐ Experience interacting directly with clients, customers, or external stakeholders.

⭐ Proven ability to design and deliver scalable enterprise mobile applications.
