RAN Engineer (5G) | Remote | International Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced RAN Engineer for an international, fast-growing organization with global operations, to support the design, deployment, optimization, and performance of next-generation 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN) as the company continues to expand its global footprint.

As part of a highly skilled engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance mobile network solutions across international projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN).
• Support network deployment, integration, and performance optimization activities.
• Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities to improve network efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless network implementation.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new 5G features and technologies.

Requirements:

✔ Hands-on experience with 5G RAN technologies.

✔ Strong knowledge of LTE/5G protocols, RF fundamentals, and network optimization.

✔ Experience working with major telecom vendors such as Ericsson, Nokia, or Huawei.

✔ Familiarity with network performance analysis and troubleshooting tools.

✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multicultural, international environments.

✔ English proficiency (written and spoken).
