We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist technology deployment contractor operating across mainland Europe, delivering complex ICT and electronic security solutions into hyperscale and enterprise data centre environments. With a strong pipeline of work and a culture built on quality, transparency and genuine client partnerships, this is a business where site leaders are valued and visibility is real.

The Role

As Site Manager you'll lead day-to-day site delivery from the front, acting as the primary interface between the delivery team and the client's onsite organisation. You'll own programme discipline through lookaheads, daily diaries and progress tracking, and you'll drive quality performance against evidence-based KPIs. From labour and plant alignment to commissioning readiness and handover, you'll control the full site cycle.

You'll attend and lead site-level meetings including Daily Whiteboard sessions, DABs and Cx meetings, coordinate with logistics to keep material and plant requests ahead of programme, and ensure RAMS compliance, permit management and issue escalation are handled with pace and precision.

What You'll Bring

• At least 5 years in a supervisory or site management role within ICT or data centre construction is essential.
• You'll need proven command of labour planning, lookaheads and quality management, solid familiarity with technical submittals, RAMS and RFIs, and the communication skills to brief and coordinate diverse site teams and subcontractors across different European environments.
• Strong English (written and verbal) is required, along with confidence in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

This role involves project-based deployment across mainland Europe, so genuine flexibility to travel and work across different countries is non-negotiable.
