Cost Estimator

Scope of work:

• Preparation of construction cost estimates in accordance with procurement tenders and client requirements.
• Collaboration with the technical construction project team and evaluation of project documentation.
• Defining the scope and requirements of the technical project.
• Verification and validation of cost estimate scope.
• Conducting price inquiries and market research among subcontractors and suppliers for tender purposes.
• Evaluation and analysis of quotations submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Cost Estimator (minimum 5 years).
• Higher education in a relevant field (specialization: hydrotechnical engineering, infrastructure).
• Knowledge of construction processes, including marine and river hydrotechnical works, infrastructure projects, port infrastructure, etc.
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM 3D models).
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian.
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
