About the job
We are looking for a Responsible Gaming Specialist to join our team and strengthen our player protection efforts. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of safeguarding our players’ wellbeing while combining empathy, analytical thinking, and compliance know-how to ensure gaming stays fun and safe.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with the RG team to manage daily operations and investigate cases escalated by customer support and other operational teams.
- Monitor player behaviour to identify signs of problem gambling or risky activity using available tracking tools.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to determine appropriate interventions.
- Engage with at-risk players via email and phone, guiding responsible gaming tools and resources.
- Offer empathetic support while addressing RG concerns effectively.
- Leverage behavioural tracking tools and solutions to enhance both individual and team performance in RG case management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of RG processes and policies.
- Assist in preparing detailed RG reports to meet regulatory requirements.
- Take an active role in RG-related projects aimed at improving tools, processes, and overall player protection strategies.
- Train local teams on RG topics.
Does this sound like you?
- You are empathetic and confident in communicating in sensitive situations.
- You can analyze people behavior and spot patterns or risks with attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with data, tools, and reports to support decision-making.
- You collaborate easily with different teams and can explain different topics clearly.
- You are fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
- Any background in Legal, AML, Responsible Gaming, EDD, or KYC will be considered a strong plus.
