What You Will Do:

Ensure that personal data processing activities comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including within the framework of international cooperation.
Maintain and develop documentation related to personal data protection, including records of processing activities and contractual data protection provisions.
Provide legal support in the handling and resolution of incidents.
Assess new products and cooperation models from a data protection perspective.
Perform other day-to-day legal tasks in the field of commercial law to support DECTA's business operations, including within the framework of international cooperation.

Requirements:

Higher legal education (preferably a Master's degree in Law).
At least 2 years of practical experience in assessing personal data processing activities and maintaining records of processing activities and related documentation.
At least 3 years of experience in commercial law and contract law.
A professional certification in the field of data protection will be considered an advantage.
Experience in IT law and/or the payment services industry is considered an advantage.
Ability to independently assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented, solution-focused legal advice.
High level of accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
