HR Specialist

About the role:

You'll work closely with department managers and leadership, supporting employees throughout their entire journey at Walletto. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance operational HR with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to our growing organization.

What you will do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees
• Partner with managers on hiring, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
• Support performance review and talent development processes
• Ensure compliance with Lithuanian employment legislation and internal HR policies
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Support employee engagement activities and internal events
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to HR projects
  
  

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR or similar position
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry would be a strong advantage
• Experience managing recruitment processes independently
• Good understanding of Lithuanian employment legislation
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
