IT Procurement Project Manager

EUROAPOTHECA is an international group of Northern European companies that operate retail pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical wholesale companies as well as online pharmacies in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

As a part of our journey, we are looking for IT Procurement Project Manager to strengthen our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

· Leading and managing procurement projects for IT services, Hardware, Software, SaaS and Cloud across the EUROAPOTHECA Group.

· Owning the end-to-end procurement process – from business needs assessment to vendor selection, negotiations, contracting and implementation support.

· Acting as a trusted partner for IT and business stakeholders, helping identify the most suitable technology and commercial solutions.

· Managing strategic vendor relationships and driving long-term partnerships

· Leading commercial negotiations to achieve the best value, while balancing cost, quality and business

Requirements:

· Preparing business cases, TCO analyses and cost optimization initiatives.

· Planning, monitoring and controlling IT procurement budgets.

· Ensuring procurement governance, compliance and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

· Keeping up with technology trends, licensing models and market developments to provide valuable recommendations.

We are looking for a colleague who:

· Has 5+ years of experience in IT Procurement, IT Vendor Management, IT Sales or a similar role.

· Possesses technical understanding of IT infrastructure, software and enterprise technologies.

· Has experience managing complex procurement projects and working with multiple stakeholders

· Understands software licensing models and commercial aspects of IT solutions.

· Has strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Is able to evaluate both technical and commercial aspects of IT solutions.

· Demonstrates a proactive, analytical and business-oriented mindset.

· Is comfortable working in both English and Lithuanian.

· Salary range for this position is 3500 – 4400 eur gross per month. Depending on your competencies and experience, we are open to discussing a different salary
