Great teams don't happen by accident! We're looking for someone who knows how to find the right people, spot potential, and actively build our team from the inside. If you love working with people, enjoy digging around to find the best candidates, and think a lot about how to make the hiring process better — we'd love to meet you. In this role you'll own the full top of the hiring funnel: from sourcing candidates and screening applications to running first interviews and organizing events where we meet new talent.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

What you'll be doing:

- actively sourcing candidates (headhunting) across different channels

- writing and publishing job posts (LinkedIn Jobs, student services, niche boards…)

- reviewing applications and shortlisting the right candidates

- running first interviews with candidates

- working with the team on candidate evaluation and selection

- organizing hackathons and similar events to meet young talent

- building a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles

- keeping an eye on the talent market and testing new ways to attract great people

What we expect:

- genuine interest in recruiting and working with people

- strong communication skills and good people instincts

- self-starter mindset and proactive sourcing — you don't wait for applications to come in

- organized and detail-oriented

- eager to learn and improve hiring processes - solid understanding of digital channels (LinkedIn, etc.)

- fluent English

- willingness to work from our office in Ljubljana
