A leading global HVAC manufacturer is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth across its EMEA Data Centre division.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established and highly strategic business, shaping its future direction while accelerating growth within one of the world's fastest-growing industries.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable commercial success across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA Data Centre growth strategy.
• Lead sales, business development, and key customer relationships.
• Oversee operations, project delivery, and aftermarket services.
• Drive product management and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with marketing to strengthen brand positioning and market penetration.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing regional leadership teams.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and routes to market.
• Deliver profitable growth while maintaining operational excellence.

About You

We are looking for an accomplished senior leader with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses within technical or engineered products environments.

Experience within the Data Centre Cooling sector would be highly advantageous. However, we are also keen to speak with exceptional leaders from related markets, including:
