JUNIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER

Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 2-3 years of experience as a IT PROJECT MANAGER.
• Experience in Project Activity Management, Project Analysis, Project Control, and Project Coordination.
• Proven experience supporting Project Managers in tracking project deliverables, milestones, and risks.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with project management methodologies and reporting activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Support Project Managers in the coordination and monitoring of project activities.
• Follow up with project teams to ensure tasks, milestones, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between different teams and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when necessary.
• Participate in project planning, control, and governance activities.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and consistently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
