Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Specialist for Crypto Services at Nextus Exchange in Dubai. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for;
- Address customer inquiries related to cryptocurrency trading, account management, and market data via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide expert support for crypto trading operations, investment products, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with transactions, wallets, and account discrepancies.
- Educate customers on crypto trading tools, strategies, and emerging market trends.
- Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, and KYC verification.
- Escalate technical or financial issues to appropriate teams and ensure prompt resolution.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency regulations, blockchain developments, and Nextus product offerings.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).
- Fluency in Russian and/or European languages such as German, French, or Spanish (required).
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in stock markets, financial services, or a customer support role.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial regulations, and market operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively under pressure.
- Proficient communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly to customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction documentation.
