Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Customer Support Specialist in the cryptocurrency sector. The role involves providing high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will handle customer queries via multiple channels, assist with resolving technical problems, and deliver accurate information regarding cryptocurrency products and services. Collaboration with internal teams to improve customer experience and contributing to the development of support best practices will also be key responsibilities.

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide an excellent service experience.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in Technical Support with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns and identify effective solutions.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
