Project Manager - Agile, Project Management, SCRUM

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead a transformation project for our pharmaceutical client. This is a part time, freelance role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project tasks, developing sprint reports, and functioning as a team lead. You will play a pivotal role in proactively managing the team to ensure that sprint milestones are met and that the project progresses smoothly.

You must be comfortable owning monday.com to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Strong manager of creative and strategic team members, ensuring delivery of project tasks and timely, high quality delivery of all deliverables.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining project schedules
• Familiarity using Monday.com for task and timeline management mandatory.
• Comfortable being the Client Facing lead for weekly client facing status report highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Internal Lead for Team management with C360 Engagement Lead, ensuring C360 team is aware of blockers, performance issues or other needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in managing transformation projects within the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and methodologies.
