1. Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for threat exposure management products, aligning with industry trends and business goals.
2. Prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, threat intelligence, and market demand.
3. Work closely with engineering, design, and remediation teams to develop and refine product features.
4. Engage with customers, security teams, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
5. Monitor threat landscapes and identify potential risks impacting product effectiveness.
6. Integrate vulnerability management and risk assessment processes into product design and functionality.
7. Ensure products address real-world threat scenarios and comply with industry best practices.
8. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threat exposure tools, and competitive products leveraging agile methods to rapidly respond to industry changes.
9. Identify areas for innovation and improvement based on market research and competitive analysis, ensuring that the product adapts to evolving customer needs.
10. Define KPIs to measure product performance, customer satisfaction, and security effectiveness.
11. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions on product features, enhancements, and future directions, regularly presenting metrics in agile review meetings.
