We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with HR/Payroll System implementation experience to join one of our clients in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role.

As a Senior Project Manager you would manage diverse projects, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementations and data transformation initiatives.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Drive the end-to-end execution of HRIS implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to define clear project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead data transformation initiatives, leveraging innovative solutions to generate actionable insights and business value.
• Proactively monitor and assess project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
