Senior Game Developer

Joygame, founded in 2009 and titled Turkey's first gaming company, supports talented gaming studios both in terms of financing and knowledge. It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.

We are looking for a “Senior Game Developer” for our growing studio organization in İstanbul and needed qualifications are below.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with the design team to discuss gaming ideas and specifications
• Establishing strategy and development pipelines
• Planning and implementing game functionality
• Transforming design ideas into functional games
• Designing and building game codes
• Identifying and fixing code errors and game bottlenecks
• Testing game functionality and dynamics
• Ensuring products conform to high industry standards
• Designing and building game patches and upgrades if necessary

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of Commercial Game Development experience with Unity and C#
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with 3D models and animations on Unity
• Experience with server-side backend implementation on Unity.
• Experience with GPU/CPU optimization
• Comfortable with version control systems(Gitlab)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field
• Having built and launched one or more mobile games on mobile platforms
• Passion for games
