Introduction to Role:
Join us as a Brand Manager in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, where you will support and develop initiatives and projects in line with brand strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop and lead omnichannel activity plans and drive projects within assigned brand(s) across the country. This role also involves supporting and guiding Sales and Cross-functional Teams in Brand content deliverables.
Accountabilities:
Execute local Brand Strategic Plan implementation, plan and drive flagship projects, and secure aligned investment allocation. Develop and localize Brand campaigns and detail aids, connect and interact with local production agencies in content development, and collect and embed market insights to Brand strategy. You will also support Brand & campaign trainings, commercial team Brand and content capability uplift, support channel mix content planning and execution, and be responsible for market KEE / Advocacy engagements.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- University level study in relevant subject (i.e Marketing)
- Proven Pharma marketing or sales experience
- Knowledge of local market ethics regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong English language skills
- Experience working in a multicultural business environment
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience
