Position Overview:

As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with senior leadership and management teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor on HR-related issues, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the organization


Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide insights and

guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.


Talent Acquistion: Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts top talent. Implement performance

management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans


Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating resolution of issues and promoting a positive

work environment. Conduct investigations and address employee grievances as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.


Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support leadership development initiatives to cultivate future leaders within the organization.


Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive salary structures and benefit offerings. Provide guidance on compensation-related matters and support salary negotiations.


HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures that adhere to legal requirements and best practices. Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization is up to date with changing legislation.


Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making. Prepare reports for management on key HR initiatives and metrics.


Qualifications:

● Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets.

● ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service.

● Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships.

● Ensure and interpret labour law and regulations to ensure we are at the forefront of our industry

● Analyze people and organizational data to enable informed decision-making.

● Understands the value of data to inform decision making.

● Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Germany.


Pre-requisites:

● Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies.

● Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals.

● Eye for detail and commercially aware.

● Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
