About Our Client

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join the local HR team of a global retailer base in Basel. This role is currently temporary for 3-6 months with a possible extension, starting in January. This role offers an exciting opportunity to wok on a global scope within a dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Support the team with performance reviews
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare HR metrics, data, and reports
• Provide payroll preparation support
• Handle responsibilities on a global scope
• Assist with administrative tasks as required
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Successfully completed further education in a relevant field
• Initial experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage
• Highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Possesses a dynamic and engaging approach
• A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
