Role Responsibilities:

• Lead research and innovation initiatives to achieve impactful results.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐍𝐋𝐔) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐈 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬.
• Guide and mentor team members during experimentation phases, helping them focus efforts.
• Develop ideas for enhancing NLU capabilities by leveraging historical conversational data and transfer learning.
• Benchmark prototypes against data to ensure they meet precision requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot algorithmic failures across different environments.

• Publish and present research in top-tier journals and at conferences.

Qualifications:

• Experience in training and fine-tuning machine learning models on extensive text datasets.
• Strong computer science foundation with 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proven ability to think big and simplify solutions while navigating ambiguity.
• Demonstrated experience in natural language processing (NLP) or similar fields.
• In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, including semantic extraction, data modeling, and structure.
• Proficiency with text representation techniques, algorithms, and statistics.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Strong coding and software architecture design skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
• Proven experience in one or more areas, including information retrieval, machine comprehension, entity recognition, text classification, semantic frame parsing, or machine translation.
• Publications, patents, or presentations at leading conferences are a plus.
