Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

Remote – Spain & Portugal


Salary: up to €80K

Join a fast-growing online banking tech company, building scalable backend solutions with Go. You’ll design, code, and optimize high-performance platforms, working closely with top engineers in an agile, cloud-native environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop features for large-scale systems using Go & microservices
  • Design and deliver backend solutions with clean architecture & automation
  • Work with AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Build APIs (REST, gRPC) and manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in backend development, 2+ with Go
  • Experience in FinTech (banking, payments, fraud detection a plus)
  • Strong skills in distributed systems, cloud, and DevOps
  • Fluent in English
